A simple pork chop recipe for busy weeknights that you make in the slow cooker.
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Place cream of chicken soup, beef broth, ranch mix, brown gravy mix, garlic powder and black pepper into the slow cooker and mix well.
Add pork chops to the slow cooker.
Cover with the lid and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. I always prefer longer for more tender pork chops.
Remove the pork chops from the gravy.
Put pork chops back in and serve over mashed potatoes, if desired. Sprinkle with dried parsley, to garnish.
