Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeds removed and chopped
  • 2 1/2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1/4 cup cilantro roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Begin by chopping the fresh pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeƱo and cilantro. Place all of these fresh ingredients into a serving bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the freshly squeezed lime juice, salt, cumin and honey. Mix well.

  3. Then, pour lime mixture over the bowl with the pineapple mixture in it.

  4. Stir to combine the dressing with the fruits and vegetables.

  5. Serve pineapple salsa over fish, shrimp, chicken, tacos or with tortilla chips.
