A simple and flavorful cookie that is perfect for the holidays.
Pre-heat oven to 375°
Combine browning mix with the flour, oil and eggs, in a mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until just combined.
Add peppermint hot cocoa morsels and fold in.
Roll into 22 equally sized cookie balls.
Bake on a parchment covered baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.
When you remove the cookies from the oven, press a few more of the morsels into the top of the cookies as desired-it makes them look so cute!
Cool on the pan for 2 minutes. Then, move to a cooling rack.
Serve while warm. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
These cookies are yummy with vanilla ice cream.
