A simple dinner recipe-tender juice chuck roast with great flavor.
Brown the roast in a frying pan.
Place the browned roast into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place ranch dressing dry mix, au jus gravy dry mix, butter, pepperoncini juice and pepperoncinis over the roast.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
When the roast is cooked, shred it with two forks and stir.
Serve over mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
