Mix all ingredients in a large air tight container.

When ready to use, mix 1/4 cup of the mixture into 1 cup of hot water or hot milk if you prefer. (some people may like a little more than a 1/4 cup)

Top with whipped cream or marshmallows.

If wanting to use as a neighbor gift for Christmas, add two cups or more (in 1/4 cup increments) to a cute jar or bag. You could add the little dried marshmallows to the top, if desired. You can add a ribbon and a tag-"Warm Winter Wishes", "Have a Cup of Cheer", "Warm Wishes This Holiday Season" and don't forget to write the instructions on the back-1/4 cup mix to 1 cup hot water or milk.

This mix is great for a hot cocoa bar or charcuterie board.
