A creamy, savory dip packed with tender clams, tangy cream cheese, and the perfect blend of seasonings for an irresistible appetizer, snack or game day dip.
In a blender, if you want smaller pieces of clams (like I do), pulse minced clams and the clam juice from the can until pieces are smaller. (just pulse a few times)
*If you want larger clam pieces just add the clams and juice from the can to the other ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, green onions, salt and minced clams with their juice or pulsed clams with their juice.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate to chill-2-3 hours or make the day before serving.
Serve with Ruffles, other ridged potato chips, pita chips or raw vegetables. Enjoy!
