Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°

  2. Cut butter into 5 tablespoons and place each piece in the bottom of your baking pan. Place in the oven to melt as the oven heats up. This will not take long to melt. Remove the pan when melted-do not burn.

  3. While the butter melts, place eggs, four, milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon into a bowl and mix with an immersion blender (or use a blender). Mix until smooth.

  4. Pour batter into the pan with the melted butter.

  5. Place the pan back into the pre-heated oven and bake for 16-18 minutes. Watch toward the end to remove when the pancake is your desired color of light brown on the edges.

  6. Remove from the oven and cut into pieces.

  7. Serve with powdered sugar, syrup, fresh fruit and/or whipping cream.
