An easy weeknight dinner recipe that is quick to make and delicious
Brown the ground beef with the diced onion, in a frying pan.
Drain fat from the ground beef and onion mixture, if any.
Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water. Stir to heat through and thicken.
Place ground beef mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
Add the dry Minute Rice, one cup water, salsa, drained and rinsed beans and sliced olives to the baking dish and stir to combine.
Cover the meat mixture with grated cheese and then, top the cheese with the Fritos.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
Serve with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
