Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • butter softened so it is spreadable
  • pre-purchased cinnamon and sugar or 1/4 cup cinnamon to 1 tsp sugar more or less due to preference

Icing:

  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar or more for desired consistency
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 2-3 drops vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. If making your own cinnamon and sugar, mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl and set aside.

  2. Un-roll crescent rolls out onto a clean counter top.

  3. Spread a generous amount of softened butter onto the crescent roll dough.

  4. Sprinkle with desired amount of the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

  5. Use a knife to cut along cuts in the crescent roll dough to separate each roll.

  6. Roll each crescent roll up and place on an un-greased baking sheet. Turn the edges of the rolls in slightly to make the crescent shape.

  7. Bake in a 350° oven for 10-13 minutes, as indicated on the package.

  8. While the cinnamon and sugar crescent rolls bake, make the icing in a small bowl by mixing the powdered sugar, milk and drops of vanilla extract. Add more powered sugar or drops of vanilla as needed for consistency.

  9. Remove cinnamon and sugar crescent rolls from the oven and allow 1-2 minutes to cool.

  10. Drizzle icing over the tops of the crescent rolls and serve with a glass of milk and some fruit. Enjoy!
