A quick and easy pantry casserole filled with chicken, green beans, French fried onions and stuffing.
Pre-heat oven to 375℉.
In a deep 9x13 baking dish, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add the drained green beans, drained and broken up chicken pieces (or chopped rotisserie chicken) and 2/3 cup of the French fried onions. Mix well.
Sprinkle the grated cheddar and grated parmesan cheese over the top. Mix in.
Bake uncovered in a 375℉ oven for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
While the casserole bakes, mix the dry stuffing mix with 1 1/2 cups of French fried onions. Set aside.
When the casserole is hot and bubbly, remove baking dish from the oven and evenly distribute the casserole topping over the top of the chicken mixture.
Place the baking dish back in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until topping is nice and toasted.
Remove from the oven. Serve with rolls and butter, a Jell-O salad or a garden salad.
