A super simple weeknight dinner recipe!
Shred the rotisserie chicken and mix it with the buffalo sauce. I like to heat his up in a small sauce pan.
Heat a little butter in a frying pan.
Place the tortilla in the frying pan and cover half of the tortilla with 1/4 of the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the chicken and fold the tortilla over the top to form a half circle.
Heat until lightly browned on the bottom and then flip to brown the other side.
Remove from the pan and cut in half.
Serve with toppings you like, such as: ranch, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro and/or green onions.
