Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 medium peach peeled and pit removed
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate perils or raspberries optional
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Place blueberries, peach, milk and protein powder into a blender.

  2. Add the pomegranate perils or raspberries, if desired and blend well.

  3. Add ice if you want your smoothie ice cold and frosty. Enjoy!
