This Balsamic Grilled Chicken Marinade has a perfect blend of herbs, citrus, and spices that keeps chicken juicy, tender, and packed flavor.
Place all of the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl (or a large Zip-Loc bag-if preferred). Stir well to combine.
Add the fresh (not frozen) or thawed chicken breasts to the marinade. Stir to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
When chicken breasts are ready, remove them from the refrigerator to rest while the grill heats up. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place chicken pieces on the hot grill and grill for about 5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature is 165° (do not over cook or under cook-use a thermometer to check temperature).
Serve with salads, rice, veggies, pasta, bread or whatever you love to serve with grilled chicken.
NOTE: Try to use a bowl or bag that will allow your chicken pieces to be fully immersed in the marinade while marinating.
