How To Make Juicy Butter Burgers:

  1. Heat a griddle over a grill or over your stove. We like the grill best.
  2. Form 4-5 balls with the ground beef. Set aside. (Note: I make five burger balls-I have two patties and my husband has three)
  3. Butter the inside of the brioche buns, top and bottom of the inside.
  4. Place the buns butter side down on the griddle and toast them. Set aside.
  5. When the grill is hot, place slices of butter where you will place the burger balls.
  6. Place burger balls on top of the butter and place a piece of parchment paper on top of a burger ball. Press down with a spatula to flatten. Remove parchment paper and repeat with the remaining burger balls. Salt and pepper as desired.
  7. Place slices of butter on top of each patty. As the butter melts off the patty, use a spoon to baste the butter back onto the burger patty.
  8. When the bottom of the burger has a nice browned crust (not burned), flip the burger patties.
  9. Continue basting with the melted butter.
  10. When patties reach an internal temperature of 160°, place a piece of cheese on each.
  11. Allow a little time to melt, then stack at least two patties together and place on the toasted brioche buns.
  12. Can add lettuce, pickles, onion and tomato. We like them plain-beef, cheese, bun and Burger Sauce (link to our burger sauce).
  13. Enjoy these juicy, buttery burgers!

If you are feeding more people than just two, these are simple to multiply. Just need about one pound of beef per two people. You will need as many Kraft Singles as burger patties and enough buns for each person to have one. An easy and delicious way to end the day! Great for barbecues or any weeknight or weekend dinner!
