Ingredients For Cinnamon & Sugar Crescent Rolls:
- 1-8 ounce can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls-8 rolls in a can
- Butter, softened so it is easily spreadable
- Pre-purchased cinnamon and sugar (or make your own with this ratio: 1/4 cup cinnamon to 1 tsp sugar-more or less of the mixture due to personal preference)
Icing:
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar-or more for desired consistency
- 1 tsp milk
- 2-3 drops vanilla extract

How To Make Cinnamon & Sugar Crescent Rolls:
- If making your own cinnamon and sugar, mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Un-roll crescent rolls out onto a clean counter top.
- Spread a generous amount of softened butter onto the crescent roll dough.
- Sprinkle with desired amount of the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Use a knife to cut along cuts in the crescent roll dough to separate each roll.
- Roll each crescent roll up and place on an un-greased baking sheet. Turn the edges of the rolls in slightly to make the crescent shape.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 10-13 minutes, as indicated on the package.
- While the cinnamon and sugar crescent rolls bake, make the icing in a small bowl by mixing the powdered sugar, milk and drops of vanilla extract. Add more powered sugar or drops of vanilla as needed for consistency.
- Remove cinnamon and sugar crescent rolls from the oven and allow 1-2 minutes to cool.
- Drizzle icing over the tops of the crescent rolls and serve with a glass of milk and some fruit. Enjoy!

FAQ’s:
- Can I use other ingredients inside these crescent rolls: Yes! See just below, in the section: other recipes for filled crescent rolls that you will love, for other recipes we make with Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. Also, some whipped cream cheese instead of the butter would be delicious!
- Do I need to grease the baking sheet? I would say grease the pan if you would like or you are worried they will stick. I do not think it needs to be greased due to the fat content in the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. They are so flaky and buttery, we love them.
- Can I use just cinnamon? You can definitely give that a try but, I like it better with a little sweetness mixed in with the ground cinnamon. If you are trying to cut the sugar a bit-don’t use the icing on top.
- What would be good to serve with these rolls? We love any berries and a glass of milk paired with these breakfast rolls.
