Helpful Items For This Recipe:
Ingredients Needed For Grandma’s Classic Clam Dip:
- 2-8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced thin-plus tops to garnish, if desired
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6.5 ounce can minced clams, plus juice

How To Make Grandma’s Classic Clam Dip:
- In a blender, if you want smaller pieces of clams (like I do), pulse minced clams and the clam juice from the can until pieces are smaller. (just pulse a few times)
- *If you want larger clam pieces just add the clams and juice from the can to the other ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, green onions, salt and minced clams with their juice or pulsed clams with their juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate to chill-2-3 hours or make the day before serving.
- Serve with Ruffles, other ridged potato chips, pita chips or raw vegetables. Enjoy!
