Ingredients Needed For Banana Sour Dough Pancakes:
- 3 medium bananas
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour dough starter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Blueberries
Instructions For Banana Sour Dough Pancakes:
- Mash bananas well.
- Then, mix in the eggs and the sour dough discard. Mix well.
- Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix to combine.
- Cook pancakes on a hot griddle.
- I add fresh blueberries to the pancake batter as soon as I pour the dough onto the griddle. Or you can add the blueberries to the batter in the bowl-before pouring batter onto the griddle.
- Flip pancakes when the first side is golden brown. Cook through on the second side. Enjoy with syrup, extra berries and/or whipping cream.
- This recipe makes 7-1/2 cup pancakes.
