Ingredients Needed For Peach Crisp For One:

  • 1 large peach, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar, divided
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 tsp quick oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour

Instructions For Peach Crisp For One:

  1. Peel and slice the peach. Reserve 3-4 slices for the top.
  2. Place remaining peach slices in the bottom of a mug or bowl. 
  3. Add one tablespoon of the brown sugar and stir. 
  4. In another bowl, melt the butter.
  5. Add the remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, quick oats and flour to the melted butter. Stir to combine. 
  6. Place the butter mixture on top of the peaches, spread it out to cover the peaches. 
  7. Top with the 3-4 reserved peach slices and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
  8. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
