Instructions For Pineapple Orange Jell-O Salad:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan.
  2. Then, add the orange Jell-O and the tapioca pudding. Stir to dissolve.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow time to cool. Refrigerate overnight. (Make this the part, the night before you want to serve the Jell-O)
  4. When set up, mix Jell-O mixture with a whisk to break up the Jell-O a little bit. Do not whisk too much-your salad will be too runny.
  5. Place mandarins and crushed pineapple in a strainer and allow time for the juices to drain out as much as possible, so the juices are nearly gone.
  6. Fold the Cool Whip into the broken up Jell-O mixture, just until combined.
  7. Fold in the drained fruit and refrigerate at least 2-3 hours to chill, before serving. Enjoy!
