Ingredients Needed For Peppermint Hot Cocoa Brownie Cookies:
- 18.3 ounce box brownie mix (or similar size)
- 1/3 cup flour, spooned and leveled
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Nestle Toll-House Peppermint Hot Cocoa Morsels-plus more to press into the tops of the cookies
Instructions For Peppermint Hot Cocoa Brownie Cookies:
- Pre-heat oven to 375°
- Combine browning mix with the flour, oil and eggs, in a mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until just combined.
- Add peppermint hot cocoa morsels and fold in.
- Roll into 22 equally sized cookie balls.
- Bake on a parchment covered baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.
- When you remove the cookies from the oven, press a few more of the morsels into the top of the cookies as desired-it makes them look so cute!
- Cool on the pan for 2 minutes. Then, move to a cooling rack.
- Serve while warm. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
- These cookies are yummy with vanilla ice cream.
