Ingredients Needed For Peppermint Hot Cocoa Brownie Cookies:

  • 18.3 ounce box brownie mix (or similar size)
  • 1/3 cup flour, spooned and leveled
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Nestle Toll-House Peppermint Hot Cocoa Morsels-plus more to press into the tops of the cookies

Instructions For Peppermint Hot Cocoa Brownie Cookies:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°
  2. Combine browning mix with the flour, oil and eggs, in a mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until just combined. 
  3. Add peppermint hot cocoa morsels and fold in.
  4. Roll into 22 equally sized cookie balls.
  5. Bake on a parchment covered baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.
  6. When you remove the cookies from the oven, press a few more of the morsels into the top of the cookies as desired-it makes them look so cute!
  7. Cool on the pan for 2 minutes. Then, move to a cooling rack.
  8. Serve while warm. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
  9. These cookies are yummy with vanilla ice cream.
