  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

How To Make Chia Seed Pudding:

  1. Add milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla and salt to a medium sized bowl and mix well. Make sure you break up any clumps of chia seeds. 
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight-about 8 hours (can be longer).
  3. In the morning (or even at lunch, if you take this to work for lunch), stir the pudding to separate any clumps of chia seeds, top with sliced fruit (we like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and/or bananas), a drizzle of honey or a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy this filling, healthy chia seed pudding.
