- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp sea salt

- Add milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla and salt to a medium sized bowl and mix well. Make sure you break up any clumps of chia seeds.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight-about 8 hours (can be longer).
