Instant Pot Egg Bites are quick to make and easy to customize. There are so many options to add to your morning eggs. With the instant pot, these egg bites come out light and fluffy.
I love to make these the morning after we have had tacos or burgers-I always have leftover onion, tomato, cheese and cilantro. All of those ingredients work well in the egg bites and the leftovers are quick to chop up small, for the egg bites. You could try smoked paprika, parsley flakes…lots of options.
