Ingredients Needed For Roasted Red Pepper Hummus:
- 2 15.5 ounce cans garbanzo beans, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3/4 cup bottled roasted red peppers, drained more for serving, if desired
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Tahini homemade or store purchased-see our Tahini Recipe.
Instructions For Roasted Red Pepper Hummus:
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Mix until smooth.
- Note: I like this recipe just like this. If you like your hummus a bit thinner, add a tsp of water at a time until you get your desired consistency.
