Ingredients Needed For Bacon Avocado Quiche:
- 1-9 inch pre-made pie crust
- 1 large avocado diced
- 2 green onions plus the stems
- 1/2 cup tomato diced
- 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions For Bacon Avocado Quiche:
- Place pie crust into the bottom of a greased 9 inch pie pan. Press in lightly and press to edge of pan-cut off any excess pie crust.
- Layer diced avocado, bacon crumbles, sliced green onion and diced tomatoes into the bottom of the pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, eggs, salt and pepper with a whisk.
- Add grated cheese and stir.
- Pour egg mixture over the ingredients already in the pie pan.
- If grated cheese is sitting on top, press it down into the mixture.
- Bake at 375℉ for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow a few minutes to cool before cutting into the quiche. Serve and enjoy!
