Ingredients Needed For Banana Oatmeal Applesauce Breakfast Cookies:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 1/4 cups quick oats
- 1 cup applesauce, plain or cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips or raisins or chopped nuts (you can use milk or dark chocolate or a combo of both)
How To Make Banana Oatmeal Applesauce Breakfast Cookies:
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
- Add the oats, apple sauce, milk, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and chocolate chips or other mix-in, as desired. Stir to combine.
- When mixture is well combined, Use a cookie scoop to place cookies on a parchment covered cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie (a little bit) with the back of the cookie scoop. I like to press a few extra chocolate chips into the tops of the flattened cookies before baking.
- Bake at 350° for 22-23 minutes. Cool on the pan for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
- Note: I used a 3 tablespoon cookie scoop to make these breakfast cookies.

Banana Oatmeal Applesauce Breakfast Cookies
An easy and healthy breakfast cookie the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
