- 3 cups green cabbage, sliced and chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 3 tbsp green onion, sliced plus tops to garnish
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- Crumble cook your choice of ground meat. Then, drain any fat.
- Add sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and pepper to the cooked meat and stir to combine and heat through.
- Add shredded, chopped cabbage and grated carrots. Cook until cabbage is tender crisp.
- Add green onions and heat through.
