Ingredients Needed For Chicken (or Turkey) Broccoli Casserole:
3 cups pasta, uncooked
2-1/2 cups rotisserie chicken or turkey, diced
2 cups broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 cups celery, sliced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
2-1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt-Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
2 cups milk
2 cups water
2-2 1/2 cups cheese, grated
1/2 cup Panko crumbs
Instructions For Chicken (or Turkey) Broccoli Casserole:
In a 9×13 greased baking dish, place diced turkey or rotisserie chicken, broccoli, onion, celery and pasta.
Sprinkle pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley and seasoning salt over the top of the meat and vegetables.
Pour milk and water over the top and stir to combine.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir.
Place foil back on the baking dish tightly and cook for 30 more minutes.
Remove from the oven and remove from the foil.
Stir in the grated cheese and top with the Panko crumbs.
Place under the broiler just to toast the Panko crumbs.

Chicken or Turkey Broccoli Casserole
A one pan dinner recipe idea for leftover Thanksgiving turkey or rotisserie chicken.
Ingredients
- 3 cups pasta uncooked
- 2 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken or leftover turkey cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 2 cups celery sliced
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 1/2 tsps Lawry's seasoning salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups cheddar cheese-or more as desired grated
- 1/2 cup Panko crumbs
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350°

Place cut up, cooked chicken or turkey into the bottom of a 9 x 13 greased baking dish.

Top with uncooked pasta, prepared broccoli, onion and celery.

Sprinkle with pepper garlic powder, dried parsley and seasoning salt.

Pour milk and water over the top and stir to combine.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and stir. Replace foil and bake for 30 more minutes.

Remove from oven, remove foil and stir in grated cheese.

Sprinkle Panko crumbs on top and place under the broiler just to toast the Panko crumbs.
