Ingredients Needed For Apple Brickle Dip:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1-2 tsp milk optional
- 8 ounces Heath toffee bits
- 3-4 apples
Instructions For Apple Brickle Dip:
- Combine softened cream cheese, brown and white sugars and vanilla with an electric mixer, until smooth, creamy and well blended.
- Add one or two teaspoons of milk, if desired, to make it a little less thick. You may like the thickness or you may want it a bit less thick to scoop up with the apple slices.
- Stir in all, except for-about 2 tablespoons of the toffee bits and refrigerate. Set the two tablespoons aside.
- Just before serving cut apples into slices and top apple dip with remaining toffee bits. Enjoy!
- Note: You may want to dip the sliced apples in lemon juice or Fresca to keep the apples from turning brown as they sit. Make sure to pat the liquid off of the apples after dipping.
