Ingredients Needed For Funfetti Candy Cookies:
- 15.25 ounce box Betty Crocker Rainbow Chip Cake Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 small bag Brach’s Funfetti Candy Corn
Instructions For Funfetti Candy Cookies:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°. This is a quick cookie recipe so you will want the oven ready to go.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs and oil with a wooden spoon until the cake mix is incorporated.
- Roll 18 cookie dough balls.
- Place cookie dough balls 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart on a parchment paper covered baking sheet.
- Press 2-3 pieces of Funfetti Candy Corns into the top of each cookie dough ball on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow 1-2 minutes to cool on the baking sheet. Then, move cookies to a cooling rack to finish cooling. Repeat with more cookie dough balls. Enjoy!
