Ingredients Needed For Strawberry Syrup:
Frozen Strawberries
Sugar
Karo Corn Syrup
Water
How To Make Strawberry Syrup:
Measure 5 cups of frozen strawberries out, ahead of time. Place on paper towel to thaw out. You can also defrost the strawberries in the microwave, (on defrost) in a microwave safe bowl, drain the juice.
When strawberries have thawed and the juice discarded, place the strawberries into a blender and puree.
Pour pureed strawberries into a medium to large sauce pan. Add the sugar, corn syrup and water.
Bring this mixture to a boil. Continue boiling and stirring until sugar has dissolved and mixture is a syrup consistency. It will thicken as it cools, as well. (Boil for approximately 15 minutes)
When syrup has reached the desired consistency, strain the syrup through a fine metal stainer (into a glass container) to catch some of the larger strawberry seeds. Not all of the strawberry seeds will be caught due to the small size of some seeds.
Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast. Enjoy!

Vanilla Cinnamon French Toast is delicious and super simple to make. French bread or French toast bread is wonderful for making French bread. However, if I do not have either of those, regular bread tastes fantastic too.
Mini Pancakes are so much fun and super easy to make. They can be different flavors like in the recipe. Kids love to eat these bite-sized pancakes for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
Fun For Valentine’s Day:
Creamy Cherry Vanilla Smoothie has the delicious flavor of cherry with a hint of vanilla. It is easy to make-place everything in a blender, blend, and drink.
Valentine’s French Toast Bites are fun for Valentine’s Day and fun for any other day, as well. Kids love to see their food in different shapes. I have always made pancakes into animal shapes and have molds to do that now, too. Kids are funny…I made a quesadilla for my daughter-I made it into a Jack-o-Lantern for Halloween. She looked at it and smiled but, then she said, I don’t like my food with a face. I’m thinking….what?? I always make your food into fun shapes. Made me laugh and I cut it up so it wasn’t a face.
