Ingredients Needed For Classic Chili Cheese Dip:
Chili-beans or no beans-your choice
Velveeta or Cream Cheese-your choice
Cheddar Cheese, grated
Diced Tomatoes, optional
How To Make Classic Chili Cheese Dip:
Heat chili and cubed Velveeta in a sauce pan or in the microwave. If using the microwave, stir every 3-4 minutes. If heating on the stove, stir frequently so it will not burn.
When heated through, add grated cheese and stir to melt.
Serve with diced tomatoes, if desired and tortilla chips.
