Cream Cheese
Sour Cream
Cheddar Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Diced Jalapenos
Diced Green Chilies
Bacon
Green Onion
Garlic Powder

Panko Crumbs
Butter

Instructions For Jalapeño Popper Cheese Ball:
Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, fresh grated parmesan cheese, diced jalapeños, diced green chilies, cooked and crumbled bacon, thinly sliced green onion, garlic powder and salt. Mix with an electric mixer until well combined.
Form cream cheese mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Then, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
While the cheese ball chills, place Panko crumbs, butter and parsley into a frying pan and heat to toast stirring continually. When crumbs have toasted, remove from the heat and cool completely.
When crumbs have cooled, coat the chilled cheese ball in the crumbs.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve and enjoy with Wheat Thins, Ritz or your favorite crackers.

Ingredients
Cheese Ball Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsps sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese freshly grated
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 4 ounce can diced jalapeños drained
- 4 ounce can diced green chilies drained
- 1/3 cup bacon cooked and crumbled small
- 1/4 cup green onion sliced thin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt more to taste
Cheese Ball Coating
- 1/2 cup Panko crumbs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
Instructions

Combine all of the cheese ball ingredients (leave cheese ball coating ingredients out for use later).

Mix the cheese ball ingredients with an electric mixer until well blended.

Form cream cheese mixture into a ball, wrap or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

While the cheese ball chills, toast the crumbs by placing the Panko crumbs, butter and dried parsley into a frying pan and heat, stirring constantly, while the Panko crumbs toast.

Remove from the heat when the crumbs have toasted and allow time to cool completely.
