Ingredients Needed For Roasted Pumpkin Seeds:
Raw pumpkin seeds
Butter
Salt
Fresh cracked pepper
Instructions For Roasted Pumpkin Seeds:
Pre-heat over to 300 degrees.
Remove the pumpkin flesh from the pumpkin seeds.
Rinse the pumpkin seeds-use a colander.
Use paper towel to pat them dry. Place the seeds on a large baking sheet with sides.
Melt the butter and drizzle it over the pumpkin seeds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or other seasonings you like. Stir to coat the seeds with the butter, salt and pepper.
Spread the seeds out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake in a 300 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remember to stir occasionally while the seeds roast.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow time to cool completely.
