Ingredients Needed For Energy Bites:
Quick oats
Shredded coconut
Peanut butter
Honey
Carnation Breakfast Essentials-or your favorite chocolate protein powder-use an equivalent amount-1 1/4 ounces of protein powder
Vanilla
Cook’s Note:
We like these energy bites just the way the recipe says but, you may like to add some extras. Here are a few ideas for add-ins:
Mini chocolate chips (butterscotch or white chocolate chips)
Mini M’n”m’s
Raisins or Craisins
Chopped nuts
Peanuts
Instructions For Energy Bites:
This is the most simple recipe!
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
(Add any mix-ins when combining all of the ingredients, as desired (see cook’s note above))
Roll into desired size balls.
Enjoy or refrigerate and enjoy later-store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. (good for 5-7 days)

- optional mix-ins: mini chocolate chip, mini M'n'M's, raisins, craisins, chopped nuts or peanuts
Instructions
