Ingredients Needed For Asian Cabbage Salad:
Green cabbage
Red cabbage
Romaine lettuce
Dressing Ingredients:
White wine vinegar
Lemon juice
Oil
Sugar
Mayonnaise
Onion
Garlic powder
Salt
Dry mustard
Instructions For Asian Cabbage Salad:
Wash and chop the green and red cabbage and romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in a serving bowl.
In a blender, combine white wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mayonnaise, onion, garlic powder, salt and dry mustard. Blend.
Add in the oil and blend just to combine.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and the lettuce. Toss to coat and serve.
This salad is best made and then served.
NOTE: If you need to make this salad in advance, follow the recipe instructions but, do not mix the cabbage and lettuce mixture with the dressing until ready to serve.

Asian Cabbage Salad
An easy salad recipe with an Asian inspired dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 large head green cabbage chopped
- 1 large head red cabbage chopped
- 1 small head romaine lettuce chopped
Dressing Ingredients:
- 4 tsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp onion diced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 cup oil
- fresh cracked pepper to serve
Instructions

Chop cabbages and lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in a serving bowl.

Make the dressing by adding the vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mayonnaise, diced onion, garlic powder, salt and dry mustard to a blender. Blend.

Then, add the oil to the blender and quickly blend.

Pour dressing over the cabbage and lettuce. Toss to coat.

Serve with fresh cracked pepper, if desired.

This is best made and then served.

Note: If you need to make this in advance, refrigerate the cabbage and lettuce separately from the dressing and pour dressing on the cabbage and lettuce when ready to serve.
