Instructions For Blueberry Lemonade:
In a small sauce pan, bring sugar and 2 cups of water to a boil to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat and cool while you juice the lemons.
Wash lemons. Then, place the lemons, three at a time, into the microwave and heat for 20 seconds.
Remove the lemons from the microwave and roll on the kitchen counter pressing down with the palm of your hand to break the pulp up inside. Then, cut the lemons in half and juice the lemons.
Repeat lemon steps until you have enough juice-lemon sizes vary-about 6 lemons maybe more.
When sugar water, simple syrup, has cooled, add two cups very cold water to the sugar mixture.
Add lemon juice to sugar mixture using a fine wire mesh strainer to remove any pulp and small seeds from the lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Place 2 1/2 cups of lemonade into a blender with 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries. Blend well.
Pour blueberry mixture, through the wire mesh strainer to remove the skins from the blueberries, into the lemonade.
