Ingredients Needed for Breakfast Tacos:
Hard shell tacos
Ground sausage
Eggs
Milk
Salt
Pepper
Monterey Jack cheese
Cheddar cheese
Salsa
Sour cream
Instructions For Making Breakfast Tacos:
Place the nine taco shells in a 9 x 13 baking dish, stand them up.
Crumble cook the ground sausage. Then, place the cooked sausage on paper towel to absorb the grease.
Next, scramble cook the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper.
Grate cheese.
Assemble your tacos by dividing the sausage between the nine shells-place the sausage in the bottom of the taco shells.
Next, layer the scrambled eggs on top of the sausage-distribute as evenly as possible.
Top each taco with desired amount of grated cheese.
Place the 9 x 13 baking dish, with the assembled tacos, in the oven at 400 degrees for about three minutes to melt the cheese and toast the taco shells a bit.
Remove from the oven and enjoy with salsa and sour cream, if desired.

Ingredients
- 9 crunchy taco shells
- 1 pound sausage ground
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- salsa
- sour cream
Instructions

Stand taco shells up in a 9 x 13 baking dish and set aside.

Crumble cook sausage and then drain sausage on a paper towel to remove the grease.

Scramble cook the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

Assemble your tacos-place the cooked and drained sausage in the bottom of the taco shells, distribute as evenly as possible.

Layer the scrambled eggs on top of the sausage. Distribute evenly.

Top each taco with grated cheese. Distribute as evenly as possible.

Place tacos into a 400° oven and bake for about 3 minutes to melt the cheese and toast the taco shells.

We love easy and quick recipes that have very few ingredients. This recipe was always a quick go-to-recipe for my kids before school. We love the cinnamon and sugar and we love that they are super quick. Mornings before school can be one of the most hectic times of the day. Easy breakfast recipes we all like are such a great help!

I love all holidays! An excellent recipe: Pumpkin Pancakes with Cinnamon Syrup is a fun holiday/fall recipe. Pumpkin is a fall favorite for everyone-pumpkin is such a popular food. Pumpkin Waffles with Butter Pecan Syrup is another recipe that is wonderful for fall. Along with Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal. Baked oatmeal is something new we have tried and we love.
Another favorite flavor for the holidays is gingerbread. Gingerbread Pancakes with Butter Syrup is a December tradition. We have a lot of holiday recipes we look forward to all year.
