Ingredients Needed for Easy Fruit Dip:
7 ounce container of marshmallow creme, divided
8 ounce Cool Whip, divided
4 ounces milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/8 teaspoon raspberry extract
1 drop red food coloring-optional, use only if you want your raspberry fruit/dessert dip to be pink
Instructions for Easy Fruit Dip:
Begin with the chocolate dip:
Place half of the marshmallow creme and the four ounces of milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave at 10 second intervals, stirring between each 10 second interval, until just melted (about 30-40 seconds total).
Add half of the Cool Whip and stir to combine-until smooth and creamy.
Place in a serving bowl.
Next, make the raspberry dip:
Place the other half of the marshmallow creme into a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 10 second intervals, stirring between each interval-about 20-30 seconds total.
Mix in the other half of the Cool Whip, the raspberry extract and one drop of red food coloring.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Place in a serving bowl.
