Ingredients Needed for Cranberry Almond Cheese Ball:
Cream cheese
Mayonnaise
Sugar
Butter
Sharp white cheddar cheese
Dried cranberries
Slivered almonds
Instructions for Cranberry Almond Cheese Ball:
Chop dried cranberries into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sugar and butter until smooth and creamy.
Add chopped cranberries and grated cheese. Mix well.
Place mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and wrap up into a ball.
Refrigerate for one hour.
While the cheese ball chills, toast the slivered almonds.
Place slivered almonds on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Place almonds in a 350 degree oven, Toast almonds until lightly browned. Watch closely. Allow time to cool.
After cheese ball has chilled, roll cheese ball in the toasted almonds.
Serve with Club Crackers.
Refrigerate any leftovers.

Cranberry Almond Cheese Ball
An easy holiday appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsps Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup white sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds slightly toasted
Instructions

Chop dried cranberries into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sugar and butter until smooth and creamy.

Add grated cheese and chopped cranberries. Mix.

Scoop mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and wrap it around cheese ball mixture, forming a ball.

Refrigerate for one hour.

While mixture chills, place slivered almonds on a baking sheet and toast in a 350° oven just long enough to toast-lightly browned. Watch closely so they will not burn.

When cheese ball has chilled, remove from the refrigerator and roll it in toasted slivered almonds. Serve with Club Crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
