Ingredients Needed for Cranberry Jalapeño Dip:
Cream cheese
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated-not grated into a powder
Sour cream
Jalapeños
Dried cranberries
Green onion
Salt
Instructions for Cranberry Jalapeño Dip:
Chop the dried cranberries into small pieces and set aside. (Use a few extra dried cranberries for serving, if desired)
Drain canned diced jalapeños and set aside.
Slice green onions and set aside. Slice some of the tops too for serving, if desired.
In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, blend cream cheese, sour cream and salt until smooth and creamy.
Add chopped dried cranberries, diced drained jalapeños, sliced green onions and freshly grated parmesan cheese-blend to combine.
Refrigerate to chill before serving.
Place in a serving bowl and serve with pretzels, crackers, pita chips and/or veggie sticks.

- 3 tbsps sour cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries chopped
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 2 1/2 tbsps diced canned jalapeños drained
- 1 1/2 tbsps green onion sliced
