Instructions for Pressure Cooker Pork Ribs:
Remove the membrane from the back side of the pork ribs, if it has not been removed already. To do this, use a knife to begin to pull up the edge of the membrane and then pull the entire membrane off. Cut the ribs in half so they fit nicely in the pressure cooker.
Place apple cider vinegar, apple juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper into the pressure cooker and stir.
Place ribs in the pressure cooker and seal-lock the lid.
Turn the pressure cooker to-high pressure and set for 30 minutes. Press start. The pressure will build up inside the pressure cooker before the 30 minutes will begin to count down. Leave time for his when planning dinner time.
After the ribs have cooked, let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes and then, manually release the pressure carefully before unlocking and opening the lid.
Remove ribs from the pressure cooker and place on a hot grill. Coat the ribs in barbecue sauce and let cook for about 20 minutes to caramelize the barbecue sauce.
Remove from the grill and serve.
