The link below is the chopper (Vidalia Chopper) that I used to make this salsa. I cut many of the ingredients with this chopper. I love how it cuts similar sized pieces. It looks fantastic and was so easy. It has two cutting sizes and a cool tool that makes clean-up easy!
Ingredients Needed for Mango Salsa:
Mango, ripe
Red bell pepper
Red onion
Jalapeño
Cucumber
Avocado, ripe
Cilantro
Lime juice
Salt
Instructions for Mango Salsa:
This is a super easy recipe! Don’t you just love easy recipes?!
Peel and dice mango, cucumber, onion, and avocado. I cut off most of the seeds in the cucumber before dicing.
Remove seeds and dice red bell pepper and jalapeño.
Tear cilantro leaves.
Place all of the above ingredients in a mixing or serving bowl.
Add lime juice and salt.
Stir to distribute lime juice and salt.
Cover and refrigerate to chill,
Serve with your favorite corn chips.

Mango Salsa
A healthy salsa snack recipe that is simple to make and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups ripe mango diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1/4 cup jalapeno seeds removed and diced
- 1/3 cup cucumber peeled, most of the seeds removed, and diced
- 1/3 cup avocado diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
