Ingredients Needed for Garlic Butter Grilled Shrimp:
Shrimp, thawed, deveined, and tails removed
Butter, melted
Garlic, minced
Lemon juice
Parsley
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese
Instructions for Garlic Butter Grilled Shrimp:
Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried parsley, onion powder, salt, pepper, and grated parmesan cheese (like Kraft grated parmesan cheese) in a bowl or I prefer a Ziploc bag that I can seal and set in the refrigerator.
Add the shelled, deveined, tails removed shrimp. Seal the bag or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
After the shrimp have marinated, place them on skewers.
Then, grill them on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes per side. When they turn this pretty pink/coral color they are done.
Enjoy!!
