Kraft grated parmesan cheese
Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Salt
Garlic
Dijon Mustard
Lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
Pepper
Parsley
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Mayonnaise
Ingredients Needed for the Caesar Dressing:
Oil
Fresh grated parmesan cheese
Kraft grated parmesan cheese
Red wine vinegar
Salt
Garlic
Dijon Mustard
Lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
Pepper
Parsley
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Mayonnaise
Other Ingredients:
Romaine lettuce
Garlic croutons
Fresh cracked pepper
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions for Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad:
Make the Caesar marinade:
Place all of the marinade ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Mix the marinade ingredients around by squishing the bag.
Place the thawed chicken breasts into the marinade and seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least four hours.
Make the Caesar dressing:
Place all of the dressing ingredients-EXCEPT the freshly grated parmesan cheese-into a blender and blend.
Add the freshly grated parmesan and pulse 3-4 times.
Pour into a dressing container and refrigerate to chill.
When the chicken is ready, grill the chicken and then, slice it into strips.
Chop lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a serving bowl. Pour desired amount of Caesar dressing over the lettuce and stir to coat.
Add grated parmesan, freshly cracked pepper, and croutons. Toss.
Serve salad on salad plates or in bowls and top with the grilled chicken strips.

- 2½-3 pounds chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Kraft grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Ingredients for Caesar Dressing:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Kraft grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp parsley dried
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
Ingredients for Salad:
- 1 large head of romaine lettuce
- garlic croutons
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
- freshly cracked pepper

Instructions for Caesar Grilled Chicken:

Combine all ingredients, except the thawed chicken breasts, in a large Ziploc bag.

Then, grill on a hot grill until cooked through. (Discard Ziploc and used marinade)

Combine all ingredients, except the freshly grated parmesan cheese, in a blender. Blend.

Add freshly grated parmesan cheese and pulse, in the blender, 3-4 times.

Pour dressing into a serving container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place in a serving bowl.
