Ingredients Needed for Caesar Dressing:
Oil
Fresh grated parmesan cheese
Kraft grated parmesan cheese
Red wine vinegar
Salt
Garlic
Dijon mustard
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
Pepper
Dried parsley
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Mayonnaise
*To make a Caesar salad you will also need romaine lettuce, garlic croutons, more freshly grated parmesan, and some freshly cracked pepper.
Instructions for Caesar Dressing:
Place all ingredients in a blender-except for the freshly grated parmesan.
Blend.
Place the freshly grated parmesan in the blender and pulse 3 to 4 times to combine.
Refrigerate to chill until ready to serve.
This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups of dressing.

- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese fresh
