Bread slices
Butter
Deli turkey
Bacon
Cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Pepper
Ranch dressing
Lettuce
Tomato
Instructions for Toasted Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwiches:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl.
Brush bottom side of four slices of bread with half of the melted butter and sprinkle the buttered sides with parmesan cheese. Then, lay the buttered-parmesan sprinkled side down in the baking dish.
Spread desired about of Ranch dressing on top of each of the four pieces of bread that are in the baking dish.
Sprinkle garlic powder and pepper on top of the Ranch dressing.
Layer five slices of deli turkey on top of the Ranch dressing-on each sandwich.
Break each bacon slice in half and place four halves on top of the slices of turkey-on each sandwich.
Top the bacon with slices of cheddar cheese and slices of mozzarella cheese-on each sandwich.
Brush the other half of the melted butter on one of the sides of each of the four remaining pieces of bread. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the melted butter.
Place each piece of bread on top of the cheese slices and with the buttered side up on top-so it is the outside of the sandwich.
Bake uncovered for 18 minutes. Then, turn your oven to low broil and broil the tops of the sandwiches for about two minutes. Watch them closely so they do not burn. You will just want them to be lightly toasted.
Remove them from the oven and serve with lettuce and slices of tomato.
Enjoy!
