Pumpkin Pancakes:
Bisquick
Pumpkin puree
Pumpkin spice
Milk
Cinnamon Syrup:
Butter
Sugar
Buttermilk
Karo syrup
Baking soda
Water
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Instructions for Pumpkin Pancakes with Cinnamon Syrup:
Pumpkin Pancakes:
Combine Bisquick, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and milk with a whisk until combined.
Make pancakes on a hot griddle or in a frying pan.
Makes about 8 pancakes-this will depend on the size of your pancakes, of course.
Cinnamon Syrup:
In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, buttermilk, and Karo syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and add, baking soda, water, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Stir to combine. It will be foamy.
Serve over pancakes and top with whipping cream.

Ingredients
Pumpkin Pancakes:
- 2 cups Bisquick Mix
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice more as desired
- 1 1/3 cups milk
Cinnamon Syrup:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp Karo syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Extras:
- whipped topping if desired
