Pina Colada Slushies are refreshing and tropical. The pineapple and coconut flavors mixed with vanilla ice cream and ice make this beverage perfect!

It has been exactly one year since I travelled somewhere tropical. Making and drinking this Pina Colada makes me feel like I am back on the beach watching and listening to the waves and drinking frozen beverages with little umbrellas.
Ingredients Needed for Pina Colada Slushies:
Pina Colada drink mix-I like Mr. & Mrs. T’s
Vanilla ice cream
Pineapple-fresh or canned tidbits-pineapple chunks or slices will work too.
Ice
Instructions for Pina Colada Slushies:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
Pour into a tall glass or two short glasses and enjoy!

Doubled Recipe:
1 cup Pina Colada drink mix
1/2 cup ice cream
1/2 cup pineapple
3 cups ice
I can easily drink one these myself even though it is a recipe for two (it makes about 2 cups) My husband really only drinks Diet Mountain Dew (or our Homemade Root Beer) so this recipe works great for me when it is just the two of us-it’s all mine. 💕
If I am drinking this with a my kids or a friend, I double it.

- ½ cup Pina Colada drink mix
- ¼ cup vanilla ice cream
- ¼ cup pineapple tidbits or fresh pineapple
- 1 ½ cups ice
