I have been craving grilled shrimp all summer. I finally bought some shrimp, marinated them, and grilled them. They were so good, I made them two days in a row.
It’s nearing the end of summer. My family has to grill more often. Even though we still use our grill in the winter, I still want to grill as much as I can before it turns cold. Summer is such a fun time of year! We love to be outside enjoying the beautiful season.

How to Make Cilantro Lime Grilled Shrimp:
Thaw the shrimp.
Mince the garlic.
Chop the cilantro.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a big enough bowl to hold a pound of shrimp.
Add the shrimp to the marinade and stir to coat.
Marinate the shrimp for 20-30 minutes.
When ready to grill, stir to coat the shrimp.
Grill the shrimp for about 3 minute on each side. The shrimp will turn pink and slightly opaque in color. If the shrimp looks bright white, you may have over cooked them. Watch them closely. I have over cooked them many times but, I still love them. They are delicious.
