As I have said before, I love shrimp and grilling meat and vegetables. I had been craving grilled shrimp all summer and finally bought some and grilled them. We had grilled shrimp two days in a row because they are that good. This marinade recipe was day two. Cilantro Lime Grilled Shrimp was day one. Both are so delicious-we hope you love them as much as we do.
Skewers work so well for grilling shrimp. It’s so easy to turn the skewer instead of each shrimp and they do not fall through the grill grate if they are on a skewer.
You can, of course, use a grilling pan. It is just so much easier for me to use skewers (and fun).
